Assistant Manager

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Assistant Manager with a growth mindset to help lead our branch. You will be the management’s right hand, the driving force behind the team, and the guardian of our guest experience.

Support our lead bakers in the preparation of our premium toppings and fillings. This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to enter the world of artisan pastry.

    • Basic food safety knowledge.

    • Reliable transportation.
    • Great customers service.
    • Knowledge of basic decorating skills.
    • Food handler certification.
    • Availability to work weekends.

Love meeting people? As an Event Specialist, you are the face of Divilma at our pop-ups and farmers markets. You’ll set up our beautiful displays, manage sales, and share the “Divilma Magic” with our community.

    • Experience with mobile POS systems (Square/Clover).
    • Ability to lift 30lbs and enjoy working outdoors.
  • Shift: Friday – Sunday (Variable hours).

Pastry Chef

Join the heart of Divilma! We are looking for a passionate Baker to craft our signature cinnamon rolls, including favorites like our Pistachio and Blueberry rolls. You’ll be responsible for dough preparation, baking to perfection, and applying our signature cream cheese frostings.

  • Requirements:
    • Deep understanding of dough proofing and temperature control.
    • Attention to detail (the “perfect swirl” is our trademark!).
